Friday was Gail's wake really tough, today was the funeral. Mass at SJV but the interment was in East Hanover about 40 minites. These things are never easy. Repast was nicely done simple but ample in Clark. Saw a lot of folks that I hadn't seen in a while.
I am going to the gym just to ride bike and get a little stretching in.
Rehab yesterday was hard, Mario says I push too much and run out of steam. Gave me some tips to stretch my hamstrings, they are too tight.
