Sonic is okay. Rae had the hot dog said it was good but a little soggy. I had a bacon double cheese burger deluxe. For the money I would rather Five Guys or the Burger King Whopper. Onion rings were hard. Plus I tipped the delivery kid.

Had a great meal at Venezia, Main St., Woodbridge, NJ. Service was excellant. Cold seafood salad not too strong and tasty, stuff ravs - mushroom and prosuitt, angel hair with oil,garlic and hot peppers, veal sorrentino and desert. I was stuffed.

Located off Main St. Metuchen I can recommend it. Service was excellent with out being over bearing. Food was excellent and served with proper pace. I enjoyed the balsamic vinaigrette on greens and then ravs with a bolognesse. They seemed to be prepared in house not a box brand.

Prices were fair for the fare and is a byob for the wine drinkers out there. Deserts were predictable but by then who cared. Not responsible for spelling errors lol

If you want retro this is the place for you. Formica everywhere. Reasonable prices, good size portions and fair prices. Diner menu but not a diner. Plenty of waitresses, good service seems the norm not the exception.

French dip, fries, slaw, soup and drink under $9. It was excellent. Had lentil soup all very good.

What a nice hamburger. They cook the burger after you order it, what a unique concept. French fries were really good. All the trimming are availible including grilled onions. Hot dogs are on the menu. Not cheap but good value. Drinks standard coke cola products and refills included.

Service was not professional at all. Prices were below the norm by 5 - 10%. Pasta Fagolie was more beef and pasta okay but not what I expected

I have had their pizza and subs both good but cannot at this time recommend as a dining stop.

Went to model train show in edison yesterday with my wife and the Marinello. So where do you go for dinner at 6 with 4 grandkids? Olive Garden in Pistcaway, we arrive at 615 and are now looking at a 40 minute wait. What to do? Well we got lucky. Stefano's brick oven pizza was there looking right at us.
BYOB seats maybe 50. It was good and reasonable. Bread was different almost like a sourdough (baked on site), had a pizza which was very tasty, pasta fagoli was hearty, portions were good size, reasonable prices and good service. What a great find we will be coming back. I would recommend it.

They have a shrimp and scallop over pasta which I really enjoy. The pasta fagoli (JV really likes it) soup is excellent.

JV had to go to the potty - he will be three in two week- before he left the table he told us all not to touch his soup. Smart kid he knows me already (lol).

Plus the specials are usually interesting but not too crazy or over the top. Last night Geneen and Grant had Mushroom ravioli with Bolognese Sauce which they seemed to enjoy.

We went to the manor in west orange for our 41st wedding anniversary. The sunday brunch was as always plentiful. As I get older I eat less and less so this huge buffet is wasted on me.
The lamb was excellant and the cold sea foods (shrimp oysters sushi lox etc.) were very excellant also, but I just ran out of steam. In my 30s I could eat all day and come back for more but at 65 I no longer can or want to.
The desert alcove as always is so tempting but.......

If you go to a resturant noted for its pizza then you should have pizza. I did not pasta fagole soup was tomatoe soup with pasta and beans. Bread was good. Garlic shrimp was boring. My wife had an italian combo which she said was okay.
Servers were too young. They would have rather been anywhere else. Serving was not what they wanted to do on a Saturday night.
The portion size was good. The salad was excellent.
We had good company and the place was full.
